First National Bank of Fort Smith employees Mistii Elmore, Courtney Franklin, Mike Moore, William Ricks, Daysi Rosales, Brad Walker and Zac Werley have been promoted.
Elmore, previously served as network support administrator, was promoted to IT officer She graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a bachelor’s degre, and is a member of Goddard United Methodist Church.
Franklin promoted to internal audit officer, and she previously served as a staff auditor. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting. She volunteers her time at Spradling and Fairview Elementary Schools in Fort Smith.
Moore promoted to senior vice president-Investment Center. He previously worked as vice president for the Investment Center and has been with First National Bank for 10 years. He graduated from the University of Arkansas-Little Rock and American College. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and has served as the local president for the organization in Pine Bluff and Fort Smith.
Ricks was promoted to loan review officer, and he most recently served as a credit analyst. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. He is a member of the Fort Smith Kiwanis Club. Ricks volunteers his time with the United Way and the Step Up, Speak Out Community Initiative.
Rosales promoted to branch manager-Midland Boulevard. She was previously an operations manager. She attended National University in El Salvador for two years. She volunteers with the Step Up, Speak Out Community Initiative, the United Way, and English as a Second Language (E.S.L.) with Fort Smith Adult Education Center.
Brad Walker was promoted to IT officer, and he most recently served as network administrator. He holds an associate’s degree in computer information systems and is a member of West-Ark Church of Christ.
Werley was promoted to branch manager-Grand Avenue. He was previously an operations manager. Werley earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. He is a member of the Noon Kiwanis Club, volunteers at Sunnymede and Spradling Elementary Schools in Fort Smith, and is actively involved with Immaculate Conception Church Youth and Music Ministries.
